The widespread shortage of curriculum resources has always been a "headache" problem in the rural education of our country. How to solve this problem has become a key part of the rural education reform. Music curriculum resources is the premise and guarantee for the development of music education, adequate curriculum resources and the rational use of it can enable students to better understand the music, so as to enhance personal accomplishment and quality. However, in the past, the educational environment is not balanced, so that music curriculum resources are generally concentrated in urban areas, while the vast rural areas are very scarce. Moreover, because of the material condition, the teacher strength and the thought consciousness, the cause of the rural primary school music curriculum resource scarcity and the use of the problem is more and more serious. How to reasonably develop and utilize the rural primary school music education curriculum resources, for the implementation of quality education in rural primary school with the power to solve the rural primary school music curriculum resources shortage has become a serious problem in the education sector. The basic concept and classification of the curriculum resources, and on the basis of the "rural music curriculum resources" of the core concept definition, analysis of the characteristics of music curriculum resources in rural areas, and rural music curriculum resources development and utilization of the importance of.The third part, the current situation of the development and utilization of music curriculum resources in rural primary schools in Fengning.
