| With the enactment of the new English curriculum standard,the development and utilization of English curriculum resources has attracted the attention of all people.The development and utilization of English curriculum resources in rural primary schools has also become a realistic choice and inevitable requirement for the promotion and implementation of education curriculum reform in rural areas.This paper from the definition,development principles,theoretical basis of rural primary school English curriculum resources development and utilization are analyzed,through questionnaire,interview,observation,case studies and other methods were studied in the region of a three rural primary school English curriculum resources development and utilization of the current conditions.Mainly from three primary schools in human resources,material resources,environment resources of three rural primary schools were investigated,so that it can be a basic understanding of the current development and utilization of rural primary school English curriculum resources in a given area of the specific circumstances and problems.The main findings are: 1.The shortage of teachers,the overall quality is not high;2.Teachers have a narrow understanding of curriculum resources,insufficient understanding of curriculum resources,and monotonous teaching methods;3.The campus network resources and textbook resources are not fully developed.4.Natural environment resources and learning environment resources are ignored.According to the problems discovered,some countermeasures are put forward to solve the resource development and utilization of rural English curriculum in a certain area: 1.To strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and to establish the scientific curriculum resources view;2.Establish the mechanism of scientific talent flow andstrengthen inter-school cooperation;3.Active use of network resources and flexible integration of existing teaching materials;4.Strengthen the importance of local natural resources,and make use of the campus facilities to create an atmosphere of English learning in the campus.Through this research,the author hopes to provide real case research related curriculum resources,but also hopes to some rural areas of English curriculum resources development and utilization to provide some valuable advice,promote the development of English teaching in the region. |
