With the constant development of educational reform,the education integration is becoming obvious.The compilation of Chinese teaching material tends to be diversified.Chinese mainland and Taiwan have the same ancestors so that their Chinese teaching materials have a lot in common.At the same time,they can learn from each other.This article aims at comparing Junior high school Chinese materials in mainland with the one in Taiwan and finds out these differences and common points.Thus teaches can use these text books to educate their students in both literacy attainment and the ability of using Chinese.In recent years,the comparisons in Chinese teaching materials between mainland and Taiwan are becoming more and more popular.Among them,the one between PEP edition and Kangxuan edition,the other one between Han Lin and Nan Yi edition are the most popular ones.However,the comparison between Jiangsu edition and editions in Taiwan are rare.In fact,the value of comparison in Jiangsu edition is not lower than PEP,because it is widely used in Jiangsu province.Besides,Nan Yi edition doesn't have larger viewers as Jiangsu edition,but it is special in compilation and also provides a valuable reference to the complication of Chinese teaching materials in Mainland.This article first focuses on the comparison in some related conceptions in Taiwan and Mainland.Then it includes the content,unit structure,text structure,selection system,knowledge system,helping learning system and so on.Finally,it draws a conclusion in some compilation mistakes in Junior High School teaching materials in Jiangsu edition and also gives some advice about it in teaching.
