| Cheerleading originated in the United States,it is a fusion of athletics and ornamental,artistic,entertaining and popularity of the sport,with the development of the contemporary college students’ physical and mental health needs.Cheerleading into China since 2000,with its unique project characteristics and new art forms,loved by the majority of teenagers and rapidly popularized in colleges and universities in our country.This study in zhenjiang university’s current situation and countermeasures of the development of the research object,to colleges and universities engaged in la-la-la operation teaching of teachers and students,as the object of investigation.Using literature method,observation method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods.Development of zhenjiang university la-la-la operating status quo,problems and countermeasures are analyzed.Study the following conclusions:1)The development status of zhenjiang university la-la-la Cheerleading: competition participation status of colleges and universities in zhenjiang didn’t form a long-term training and competition of the operating team,each team is as a temporary form,nearly 7 years,zhenjiang 5 universities took part in 3 times!! Cheerleading competition;Teaching situation of zhenjiang university professional Cheerleading a serious shortage of teachers,gender,age structure is not reasonable,fewer female than male,fewer la-la-la operation training for teachers;The relevant personnel of the status quo of school leaders to hold enough attention,students for lack of awareness of sport.2)The existing problems in the development of zhenjiang university la-la-la operation including: less competition issues for teams,to ensure the material shortage;Teaching problems as lack of teachers and training efforts to improve the;Relevant personnel problems for school leadership seriously enough,yes! Cheerleading cognitive needs to be promoted.3)Zhenjiang college la-la-la Cheerleading development countermeasures as follows: race strategy for build communication platform,promote the material guarantee;Teaching strategies for the expansion of classroom teachers to encourage innovation,strengthen the teacher training;Relevant personnel of strategies for improving the school leadership’s emphasis on new projects and improve the students to the awareness of. |
