Xingtai Vocational PE Teachers' Morality Research

Education is the foundation;education plans,teacher-centered;teacher plans,ethics-based.Vocational is an important part of modern education,higher education in China is a special level,is an important foundation of China's industrialization,socialization,modernization,is a place of culture in our society practical talents.we must continue to strengthen the construction of teachers to improve the overall quality of teachers and enable vocational teachers to become "scribes" and "man teacher" combination.Sport as an important part of vocational,not only teachers PE teachers realize the value of expression,but also of education and enhance the quality of population centers.With the development of teacher education,a lot of sports teachers were under pressure from the current education system and the original mode of education,sports teachers grow more and more people received the public attention,PE teachers quality lack of appropriate management and support,ethics issue has become an important factors that influence school and social stability.Teachers moral decline has become one of the current focus of our education.How to improve the problem,how to strengthen the moral construction,improve the relevance and effectiveness of ethics,it is a long and challenging comprehensive subject.But in recent years,China's colleges and universities at all levels have emerged in many departing from the construction of social civilization and contrary to the professional ethics of teachers phenomenon.To discredit the country's education,damage the image of teachers in the public mind.Therefore,we take this opportunity to use literature,surveys,mathematical statistics and other research methods,for PE teachers in Xingtai City,four vocational colleges in these four college gym teacher Ethics is the study for the construction of sports teachers' ethics performance and this focus on vocational physical education teachers and students to conduct a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth theoretical and practical research.This paper describes the outline of the current status of PE teachers 'morality,purpose and meaning,as well as the basis of PE teachers' morality connotation,characteristics,basic contents and importance on,respectively,discussed the status of PE teachers in the classroom behavior problems,Factors and Strategies of PE teachers' morality.Through this study,the following conclusions:1.PE teachers training colleges in Xingtai City,the moral construction in general in good condition,the majority of teachers to carry out their own ethics introspection,did not ignore the lessons in the classroom and the interaction and communication with students;among teachers mutual collaboration slightly weak,most of their students to maintain a modest and prudent attitude towards individual students lack patience;in terms of communication with parents,PE teachers do not generally use a proactive approach,resulting in teachers and parents to communicate less the status quo;the majority of PE teachers are able to support the party's leadership,only a small part there is a deviation in the ideological consciousness,one-sided defines itself as a small discipline teachers,students thought development and quality of formation unrelated.2.Adoption of the literature review,the basic content of this article for PE teachers of vocational ethics construction mainly includes the professional relationship between teachers,between teachers and students,between teachers and students,parents,teachers ethics in social interaction as well as teachers' unspeakable moral discipline requires five.3.Through the survey,combined with practical,made Xingtai Vocational College PE teachers' morality should follow the pre-service and post-unity of moral education,civic morality and ethics integration,material needs and emotional needs unity,practicality and principles of exemplary.4.The proposed Xingtai Vocational Colleges Teachers 'Morals strategies include continuous optimization of PE teachers' morality environment,ethics develop targeted and practical operation,the establishment of an effective ethics evaluation system and accelerate PE teachers' morality legalization process in four areas.
