Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Teaching Quality Monitoring And Evaluation Of Higher Vocational Education

Higher Vocational Education is an important part of higher education in China. In recent years, higher vocational education continues to expand and plays an important role in social development, but actually the teaching quality is not completely satisfied. Higher Vocational Education has a late start in our country. Though it is generally following the college teaching methods, higher vocational college teaching quality monitoring cannot fully adapt to its training goal because of its own characteristics. The effective way to improve the teaching quality is to improve the current teaching quality monitoring system, and carry on scientific monitoring to the whole teaching process. According to the current practice of the teaching quality management of the Higher Vocational Education, the paper reviews and summarizes the process on the quality of teaching theory researches and practices in Higher Vocational Colleges of China, analyzes the present status and existing problems of current higher vocational teaching quality monitoring system, and puts forward the suggestions to optimize the quality monitoring system on the basis of the experiences and practices of the western countries. Based on the whole process of teaching activities, through the analysis of various affecting factors such as teachers, students and management measures, the article proposes the basic principles of constructing teaching quality monitoring system, the basic framework of the information feedback, supervision and evaluation, and improves the whole process of teaching quality monitoring system including teaching input, teaching management and teaching output.Closely relating to the teaching quality management of Fujian Health College, this research establishes and practices the whole process of teaching quality monitoring system, and raises the countermeasures and measures for improving it. By questionnaire and interview, the existing problems of the teaching quality management of Fujian Health College have been found, and some feasible measures have been raised.
