Empirical Research Of Hangzhou Residents' Happiness

There are more academic researches that regard happiness as the main content,with the deepening of the research,gradually presents the trend that combine residents' happiness research and economics,sociology,psychology,management and statistics,and so on related content.Residents' happiness researches have made a lot of research results on research methods and research contents.This paper firstly introduces relevant theory of happiness study and empirical research methods,following the perspective from micro to macro,designing happiness questionnaire with good reliability and validity,used for formal investigation of Hangzhou urban and rural residents.Then use the questionnaire survey data of Hangzhou urban and rural residents' well-being for empirical research,mainly around the research of influential factors of residents' well-being and residents' happiness index measurement,the specific content is divided into three parts: first,by the results that structural equation model fitting the data to explore the relationship between the happiness influencing factors;Second,build the index system to measure the Hangzhou urban and rural residents' happiness index;Third,to explore the relationship between demographic variables and the residents' happiness index.According to the research conclusion,put forward policy suggestions to improve the happiness of Hangzhou urban and rural residents.Through the empirical research on Hangzhou urban and rural residents' happiness,get the following conclusions: first in the direct effect of residents' happiness influence factor,the effect macro environment factors improve government regulation is the largest.The second is the dear and friendship factor's influence on the physical and mental health factors.Between happiness influence factors and the corresponding observation index,the efficiency of the government has the greatest influence on the macro environment factors,income fair government regulation factor,family relations has the biggest influence on dear and friendship factor,dwelling environment has the biggest influence on living environment factor;Second,adopt the method of indexes such as power and power for Hangzhou urban and rural residents' happiness index respectively was 69.14 and 68.76,in view of the gap between the two methods is not big,choose the results with right to statistical analysis.For the right measure,the index of dear and friendship factor is the highest,which is important reason of improving Hangzhou residents' happiness index over the average.Government regulation factor index is the lowest,in government regulation factor corresponding single index,the index of house prices control is the lowest(52.07).Through the statistical analysis of residents' happiness expectation,the results show that the urban and rural residents in Hangzhou with a happy confidence.Third,the happiness index of rural residents is higher than that of urban residents,household will significantly affect residents' happiness;The happiness index of 26-40 years old groups is higher than other age groups,the happiness index of 40 to 55 years old groups on the low side,the happiness index of above 55 is the lowest;the happiness index of bachelor degree is higher than other degree of population around 60-70;The occupation of the highest happiness index is a teacher,the happiness index of laid-off workers is lower than other occupational groups;Within a certain range of income,the residents' happiness index increased with the rise of income;The collective happiness index of married is higher than other marital status groups,the happiness index of the divorced or widowed group is minimum;Residents' happiness index and social class presents positive correlation.According to the research conclusion,put forward the following suggestions: first,to advocate environmental protection knowledge and carry out the environmental protection measures,advocating residents to maintain a favorable environment.The government should actively promoting residents to carry out the corresponding environmental protection activities and boost the enthusiasm of the residents protect environmental.Strengthen environmental infrastructure construction and environmental protection technology research,promote the development of green economy,building circular economy development model.Second,to provide real time information of employment for residents,actively guide residents have labor ability of the normal employment,improve the social employment security.Improve residents' unemployment insurance system,promote the obtain employment of personnel of laid-off workers and disability.The employment problem directly related to the residents' economic sources and basic material life,to solving the employment problem is the foundation of the residents to obtain happiness.Third,to effectively control the unreasonable rise of the prices of house and goods,adjust the uncoordinated contradiction between prices and residents income and improve the life level.Perfecting monitor system and early warning system of the market price,prevent the commodity price is not reasonable.Reasonable adjustment of urban housing supply structure,provide more low-rent housing and affordable housing for groups with lower income,solve the housing problem of the difficult economic community.Fourth,pay attention to social vulnerable groups and increase the happiness of the bottom group.Farmers and migrant workers vulnerable group is the largest number of people with unemployed.Implementing the social security for these groups will improve the happiness of Hangzhou urban and rural residents as a whole.Improving the rural medical security system and the life security system and solving the problem of farmers for medical treatment.Providing social security of urban migrant workers and make them to be able to enjoy the same the urban residents' health care and urban minimum living guarantee as the urban residents.
