This study is about the elementary school English education value in school how to depth development and transformation of case studies.For a long time,English teaching lack of a clear positioning,even if there are a number of studies of subject education value,but because influenced by various factors,in the theoretical research to the specific implementation in the process of transformation,practitioners often appears narrow understanding of the discipline of education value and generalization.Discipline education of English in primary schools,therefore,the value of the school-based research has its importance and urgency,this study selected in the primary school English education school-based research value of Changzhou E elementary school in early start as the typical cases,because of its early start,through the English school-based educational value,the implementation of the development and transformation of the whole process of review can be found,E in the primary school in the school-based course more comprehensive and typical problems relative to other school,on the basis of this study reflect on E primary problems and bottlenecks,think to breakthrough the bottleneck of the mature period,to English discipline education value more in-depth school-based development,first of all,the transformation mechanism of educational value accurately.In the conversion of the structure of the concept of "update","design strategy" and "the implementation of the process analysis,This study argues that English educational value school-based development if you want to more in-depth,need to establish a structure of the process more effective "everyday",also namely motivation to give more attention to conversion,from the original "task drive" and "professional driver" to rise to more fundamental "life consciousness",to promote the follow-up English discipline education value of school-based implementation continues to deepen,and educational value for every other disciplines provide reference for school-based research train of thought,and reached many disciplines in this level,the possibility of a comprehensive accommodation.
