In recent years, our country energetically speed up theeducation informationization construction, accelerate theeducation informationization is to try to integration of informationtechnology and the education teaching, educationinformationzation promoting education modernization, and promotethe innovation and reform of education. The role of informationtechnology in teaching more and more important, the constructionof the "three links two platform" is the foundation of the realizationof education informationization, make full use of informationtechnology "three links two platform" resources is the key to realizethe education informationization, and teachers’ informationtechnology application ability directly affects the use of informationtechnology resources, it is imperative to improve teachers’information technology application ability.
