In recent years, our country energetically speed up theeducation informationization construction, accelerate theeducation informationization is to try to integration of informationtechnology and the education teaching, educationinformationzation promoting education modernization, and promotethe innovation and reform of education. The role of informationtechnology in teaching more and more important, the constructionof the "three links two platform" is the foundation of the realizationof education informationization, make full use of informationtechnology "three links two platform" resources is the key to realizethe education informationization, and teachers’ informationtechnology application ability directly affects the use of informationtechnology resources, it is imperative to improve teachers’information technology application ability. In2013our countrylaunched the national primary and secondary school teachers’information technology application ability promotion project,launched in2014, the primary and secondary school teachers’information technology application ability standard (trial)"and"primary and secondary school teachers’ information technologyapplication ability training curriculum standard (trial)", in order toimprove teachers’ information technology application ability,teaching ability and professional capacity of independent development. Information technology application ability ofascension will help promote the development of educationinformationization, to strengthen the teaching of teachers’information ability, improve the quality of teachers’ informationtechnology training, and promote education reform anddevelopment of primary and secondary school teachers’ informationtechnology application ability is the inevitable requirement ofinformation society.Through questionnaires, interviews and field survey, understandthe jersey,one information on the development of informationtechnology, the jersey, no.1middle school teachers’ informationtechnology application ability, put forward some strategies toimprove teachers’ information technology application skills. Thearticle is divided into six parts:The first part of thesis is elaborated from two aspects of policyand the reality of the research background,introduced the thesisresearch purpose, significance, methods, both at home and abroadwere reviewed.The second part introduces, the informationization environmentestablishment, jersey, one school resources construction,information technology teaching application mode; Questionnairebased on the primary and secondary school teachers’ informationtechnology application ability standard (trial)"as the basis, fromtechnological literacy, planning and preparation, organization andmanagement, assessment and diagnosis, learning and developmentfive aspects stated the questionnaire design process; Finally hascarried on the interview.The third part expounds, the present situation of middle schoolteachers’ information technology application abilities, Shanxi Province, analyzes the present situation and the gap between"ability standard", the results show that teachers’ informationtechnology application ability best technological literacy,organization and management in the development, evaluation anddiagnosis of the weakest ability development, and finallysummarizes the way teachers promote information technologyapplication ability.The fourth part elaborated the middle school teachers’information technology application ability of Shanxi Province, theproblems of teachers of technical equipment operation not skilled,limited ability to effectively present information and informationtechnology evaluation ability is insufficient, etc.The fifth part puts forward the strategy: improve teachers’information technology application ability to build informationtechnology construction of campus culture and specializedinformation center, promote the teachers’ information technologyupdating concept, the use of electronic whiteboard become thenorm, the related disciplines software used in the classroom, carryout various training and appraisal activities, strengthening theteachers’ information technology training, formulate relevantincentive mechanism, establishing the evaluation system ofinformation technology.
