Reform means development,means that the challenge at the same time.As the area organic link border gateway of China,guangxi border naturally become the focus of attention.How to effectively use all the way area in guangxi development opportunities to promote the rapid development of economy and society,and the border region at the same time can guarantee xing,steady condition,solid state,and establish the good image of the country,is a social problem we must consider.Education system is an important part of the whole national system,education has the leadership,the fundamental force to solve the problem of the society as a whole,the success or failure of education depends on whether to have a high level of teaching staff.With the more and more support to the border area,guangxi has implemented border construction great battle and xing action infrastructure construction great battle,such as border school infrastructure have improved significantly,but still exist problems in the rural primary school teachers management along the border.In this background,this paper USES the method of questionnaire,interview,literature and classroom observing method,such as in the border of guangxi rural primary school teachers in-depth investigation,research,analysis,respectively from yichun border with education administrative departments,rural primary school leaders,rural primary school teachers and so on three angles to understand the present situation and analysis of rural primary school teachers border.Discussion after eighteen of the communist party,the rural basic education of guangxi border changes,and the border problems existed in the rural primary school teachers and the cause of the problem.Then discuss how to more effectively improve the quality of the rural basic education of guangxi border,in order to promote the compulsory education balanced development.Through the above research in this paper,the following conclusions: the government formulate feasible policies and intensify execution;to build a harmonious campus and incentive system;improve teachers' comprehensive quality.Finally,based on the above understanding,on the basis of education better promote the social development in guangxi,the people's governments of cities and counties as well as the administrative departments of education combined with the actual situation to formulate effective measures and policies,to improve overall qualities,border area of rural primary school teachers is to realize the balanced development of the compulsory education.
