Educational informatization can drive the development of educational modernization.Cultivating and improving the information literacy of students is not only the improvement of information ability,but also includes information consciousness,information knowledge,information morality and so on,and the cultivation and promotion of information ability will also drive the development of other aspects.As information ability is already the most basic ability of mankind in today's society.So it deeply affects people's life in many aspects,for example people's work and study.It is the decisive factor of individuals seeking career and integrating into society.Teachers are the instructors of students.In the process of educational information development,teachers' information technology ability not only affects the improvement of teaching effect,but also has a negative impact on students' information technology application ability.In recent years,Wushenqi Wuding River primary school's information technology hardware construction has been basically perfect.The construction of “three links and two platforms” of the school's information technology has brought great changes,but application of it is worrying.Teachers' means and methods of active application of information technology are obviously lagging behind the development of the environment.Thus improving the information teaching ability of teachers has become the urgent task to promote the development of school educational information.Based on the improvement of the information technology ability of the teachers in Wuding River Primary School,this paper chooses a teacher of Wuding County Primary School in Wushenqi as a case study,and collects data through interview,classroom observation and narration of teaching reflection.By the narrative of teachers' improvement,this paper describes the factors that enhance the information teaching ability of individual teachers,and analyzes the factors that restrict the development of information technology teaching ability of primary school teachers in rural areas.This paper also puts forward effective advice and countermeasures against the factors that restrict the development of teachers' informational teaching ability.This article mainly includes six parts:The First part is the introduction which explains the research background and puts forward questions and elaborates the research thought and the content.The second part states the theoretical basis of the study and the definition of related concepts.This paper mainly introduces the theory of teacher professional growth and the theory of teachers' informatization teaching ability development and their guidance for this study.This paper defines the relevant concepts and analyzes the research on information-based teaching ability of teachers at home and abroad.The third part states the design of the research process including the purpose and meaning of the study,the design and method of the research process,the determination of the object,the collection and analysis of the data.The fourth part records and analyzes the teaching process of individualized teachers' informatization ability.Including case teachers three stages of the growth story,leading colleagues to interview students and classroom teaching observation.In the fifth part,the author tries to put forward the key path and suggestion of improving the information teaching ability of teachers in Wuding River Primary School.Through the case study and analysis,the factors that restrict the teachers' informatization ability are mainly internal factors and external factors.Internal factors include the conceptof information technology,self-promotion will,the relevant theoretical knowledge and skills and self-reflection.External factors include the application of information technology in schools,teachers,information technology teaching process and the lack of effective training and guidance.In view of the restrictive factors,the school and the case teachers take their own effective strategies to promote the teachers' informatization teaching ability,which is the path of the individual teachers.The key path includes the combination of internalization and transformation,the combination of learning and application,The combination of communication and cooperation,the combination of training and needs,the combination of evaluation and motivation.At the end of the paper,the research summarizes the conclusions,limitations and prospect of the research.
