Research purposes:Through monitoring the different levels of kickboxing athletes' heart rate and the change characteristics of heart rate variability to divide the athletes' arousal level.And further exploring the effect of different arousal levels on the sports decision-making ability of kickboxing athletes.And then providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for kickboxing athletes' training and competitions.Research methods:This artical selected 25 male athletes who are from Shenyang Institute of Physical Education and kickboxing elective profession as the objects of study.This study mainly adopts the experimental method.Through the way of immediate mental arithmetic intervention to regulate and control the arousal level of athletes and through using the heart rate monitoring device of biological feedback device as an auxiliary mean to monitor the changes in heart rate and heart rate variability of athletes.The kickboxig movement decision-making test program is used to measure the athletes' decision-making ability.And then exploring the effect of different arousal levels on the sports decision-making ability of kickboxig athletes.Research results: 1.The low arousal level of the kickboxing athletes who are subjects inside was compared with those high level.Athletes' sports decision-making accuracy whose P<0.05 with significant differences.The decision-making accuracy of high-level athletes in the high arousal level is significantly higher than the low arousal level.However,the decision-making accuracy of low-level athletes in the low arousal level is significantly higher than the high arousal level.2.A comparative analysis of kickboxing athletes of different ranks discovers that the decision-making accuracy of high-level athletes is significantly higher than the low-level athletes whose P<0.01 with significant differences.3.The decision-making accuracy of different ranks' athletes under different level of arousal level whose P<0.01 with significant differences.The decision-making accuracy of high-level athletes in the high arousal level is significantly higher than the low-level athletes.There is no significant difference under the low arousal levels.4.There were no significant differences under different arousal levels in the decision-making speed among different rank kickboxing athletes.And the interaction is not obvious.But the decision-making speed of the high-level athletes is slightly faster than low-level athletes in different conditions.Research conclusions:1.The interactive effects of different ranks' kickboxing athletes on the accuracy of sports decision making under different arousal conditions.High-level athletes at the high arousal stage,the movement decision-making the accuracy of higher.Autonomic sympathetic activity stronger,more conducive to enter the contest readiness and decision-making process.High arousal level can stimulate the high-level athletes' sympathetic nerve activities better.Low-level athletes at the high arousal stage,he movement decision-making the accuracy of poor.Autonomic regulation decline,more prone to negative mood.At the low arousal stage,the more conducive to Low-level athletes decision-making the accuracy of the play,However high-level athletes little effect on.2.The decision-making speed of the high-level athletes is slightly faster than low-level athletes.High-level athletes choose faster reaction than lower level athletes.They are more effective in selective attention.They can make an advanced processing for the clues and respond to the behavior which linking clues and patterns.3.Different ranks' kickboxing athletes compare to each other,the high-level athletes' sympathetic nervous tension and parasympathetic coordination ability are quite strong.The ratio in the high arousal period LF/HF increased significantly,while that at baseline vagal tone HF increased significantly.
