The construction of school culture is a topic that can not be separated from the development of school education.School culture is the soul of school development.It exerts a subtle influnence on the world view and outlook on life of all the teachers and students of the school.At the same time,it is also an important force to unite the people,promote the development of the school and improve the influence of the school.Athough the primary and secondary schools have begun to pay attention to the importance of the construction of school culture,but there are still many misunderstandings in the construction of school culture.The construction of school culture is lack of characteristics,lack of culture,serious waste of resources and so on.The construction of school culture is imperative,but the existing problems in the construction process is also a problem for all school administrators.According to the characteristics of the school and the current situation of the development of the school,the Xinxing ethnic schools in Nanning established the route of the school culture construction.Harmonic Convergence culture as the concept of school culture construction.The author makes a full observation and investigation on the construction of school culture about the Xinxing ethnic schools in Nanning.This paper introduces the school culture of the national culture,the concept of the school culture and the measures of the school culture construction of the national culture characteristic.On the basic,the paper summarizes the development of the school's cultural leadership in the school culture and the development of national cultural resources and the use of national culture to cultivate the function of relevant experience.In the questionnaire survey,interview and observation,the author points out the problems related to the school's cultural heritage and educational quality.we hope to provide a good reference for other nationalities.In this paper,the practice from theory to practice and then to the logical order,the article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,and the research methods.The second part is to explore the theoretical basis of the school culture construction,and it is divided into five parts.Firstly,it defines the concepts of culture,the concepts of school culture,national culture,ethnic heritage and education.Then it introduces the content and function of school culture construction.Finally,it introduces the relevant theories of the school culture construction.The third part introduces the basic situation and the concept of school culture construction of the Xinxing ethnic school in Nanning.The fourth part introduces the related contents of the exploration and practice of the school culture construction of the Xinxing ethnic schools in Nanning.The fifth part introduces the experience and reflection of the construction of school culture in the Xinxing ethnic schools in Nanning.Finally,the summary and prospect are given.
