Research On The Student Satisfaction With The Normal Colleges School Conditions

Chinese higher education has stepped into the development age,all kinds of colleges and universities expand the scale quickly,government and universities to increase investment in improving the conditions to ensure the quality of personnel training.But the development of colleges and universities is not balanced,normal colleges in a relatively weak position.In particular,the local normal colleges has assumed the training of primary teachers,talent training is far more than the Noraml University under the Ministry of education,school conditions are not satisfactory.The existing school conditions can not fully meet the students' learning and living needs,reducing the efficiency of student learning.This has a direct impact on the school reputation and school level of the normal colleges.It is great significance to improve the management level of normal colleges and the quality of normal colleges.And as normal school operating costs of the "shareers",the students' experience and feelings in normal colleges conditions has become a important basis to measure normal colleges school conditions.In order to understand in detail whether students are satisfied with the conditions of running schools in normal colleges,this paper takes a normal college in northeast China as an example.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews,this paper analyzes the conditions of the school from the professional resources,living conditions,humanistic environment,SPSS21.0 software was used to collate and analyze the survey results.Through the analysis of the survey results,the paper finds that students' satisfaction with the conditions of running schools is at a moderate level,but there are differences in the satisfaction degree of each fractal measure,that is,the students have the highest satisfaction with professional resources,the level of student satisfaction in the humanistic environment is moderate;the living conditions have thelowest level of student satisfaction,which reflects the normal colleges conditions are still unsatisfactory,and then the paper in-depth study of the students in the various dimensions of school conditions are not satisfied.On this basis,the paper gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of professional resources,living conditions and humanistic environment to improve the satisfaction of students in normal schools,and provide reference for improving the conditions of running schools.
