History plays an important role in the development of mankind,and to take the history as lessons is one of the reasons why we learn history.In order to ensure the effects of history,it should be read and understood.Historical map is a combination of historical events and maps.Moreover,it can reflect the images of the historical event more dynamically and completely compared with the natural map.Thus it can facilitate people to remember and organize the historical events.As a resource,historical maps can help us read the history from the aspects of time and space.Historical maps are the integration of historical disciplines and other subjects' disciplines.What's more,a map involves multiple knowledge points and it can effectively achieve a combination of multi-disciplinary,enrich students' thinking,look at the history from a multi-angle view and master the general method of historical study.Historical maps has an incomparable superiority in today's history teaching,not only can help teachers to teach it but also help students to learn.It is totally in line with the eighth education reform and it advocates to promote autonomy,cooperation and explore new ideas.The study of historical maps has the important practical value.Combined with the previous summary of the classification of historical maps,there are four kinds of the historical maps and they are as follows:historical location maps,historical space into the map and other four types.Historical maps has the incomparable superiority in the history teaching.The paper tries to proceed from the realization of three-dimensional teaching objectives and to explore the role of historical maps more further around the current situation of curriculum reform.Combined with classroom teaching needs to choose the historical maps as the teaching sources and the writingmaterials based on the specific cases and related college entrance examination questions.In the use of historical maps in many ways,we often choose the history textbooks,historical maps and multimedia based on the historical maps.Facing the various types of historical maps,as a good history teacher,we need to accumulate experience in practice continuously,and we should remind ourselves to innovate,explore new teaching ideas,promote student development and keep up with the pace of the times.From the aspects of the history teaching problems and lessons learned in the internship process,we try to share the teaching design of history and the analysis of the related questions.The use of historical map teaching to bring the advantages of all the facts that are obvious to all,but the value of historical maps have not been fully utilized by teachers and students and it is a question worth thinking about.There are some problems through reading a large number of literature and the practical activities with the use of historical map teaching,which need to be explored together.
