Research On Group Work In ColLege Student' Employment Problem

The dilemma encountered by undergraduates in employment is a ubiquitous social problem.The paper targets the problem of employment for the students in Hohhot Nationality college to survey the problem of employment of undergraduates mainly using questionnaires,with 300 questionnaires distributed and 279 returned,including 277 valid ones.According to the result of questionnaire survey analysis,intervention in groups is conducted for four times,with corresponding achievements made.The paper is composed of introduction,three body chapters,conclusion,references and annex.Introduction comprises selection purpose,overview of domestic research,and research technique,etc.The first chapter introduces the historical development of Hohhot Nationality college which is the study object,the actuality of the college,majors setting and general picture of teaching.The second chapter start with the analysis of the employment status of the college in the last three years,followed by a questionnaire survey from the concerns of undergraduates in employment,the major factors influencing employment and the problems encountered in employment.Then the problems encountered by the students themselves and the problems in management are discussed to find out the causes.The third chapter makes intervention in groups for four times for the problems in employment of undergraduates of the college,including recruiting group members and formulating work plan,etc.,and finally summarizes and reflects on the achievement of group working.The conclusion summarizes the paper and illuminates the author's viewpoints with regard to the problems in employment of undergraduates and social work intervention.
