Exploring The Case Work From The Perspective Of Ethnic Social Work

Ethnic social work as an emerging field of social work,it is worth our social workers to study and explore.We should pay attention to those minority nationality college students who are the service objects we could access to.It is worth further exploring whether it can provide professional services for ethnic minority students.This study selected a key university(N)in the east city of our country as a case,explore the minority undergraduate students in the school S about their life,learning and education or employment situation,to find the application of the theories and methods of ethnic social work in the case work.The paper is divided into the following five parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the research problem and the value of this study and the research design,including the research route,the method,the practice and the ethics and so on related issues.The first chapter is the literature review section,summarized the origin and development of the ethnic social work,and theoretical guidance and practical situation,Distinguishes between the ethnic areas of social work practice and flow in east-central city of minority areas of social work practice.To select college minority students who are in the east-central city as the service objects for further research.The second chapter focuses on the content description and text analysis of minority students'interviews,and analyzes the difficulties and problems encountered by ethnic minority students from the aspects of life,study and employment.The third chapter explores the possibility of service in the form of case work,selects the students with the more obvious problems in the interview,and makes three visits to the case work,reflects the whole service process at last.Chapter 4 is a summary of the discussion section.This paper summarizes the current situation of ethnic social work and provides some suggestions for the development of the ethnic social work in China,and puts forward some thoughts on the development of the role of the ethnic social workers.
