The problem of adolescents 'aversion to school has always been a persistent problem that has plagued many teachers,classmates and parents,and most of the solutions to the problem of adolescents' aversion to school at this stage remain in institutional reforms and theoretical assumptions.Therefore,how to make it difficult to change in the context of the existing education system from a micro perspective,and help young people effectively improve their school weariness and behavior has become a very challenging reality.On the basis of consulting many relevant domestic and foreign literatures and papers,this topic is based on the problem of high school students' weariness and the improvement of the current situation.It actively introduces the humanistic treatment model and applies it to the case study of social work intervention.The theoretical methods and techniques of intervention,put forward relevant countermeasures with prevention,development and remedy,so that young people can change their attitudes towards learning,stimulate their potential,and finally improve their learning ability and other related abilities.This article mainly adopts literature analysis method,individual interview method and participatory observation method to understand the situation of high school students' small K and their current home environment and school learning environment,and uses this as an example to analyze and explore the effects of small K's dissatisfaction.Based on the humanistic treatment model,and based on the procedures of individual work,form related countermeasures,and also use the humanistic treatment model as a method to intervene in high school students' weariness in the field of social work.Provide some references and lessons.The author summarizes and sorts out the theory and practice of the humanistic treatment model involving middle school students at home and abroad,and draws relevant conclusions through field investigations.The main purpose is to investigate the following aspects: Situation,family,school,and society's impact on the subject's school-weariness problem,and the help provided by the family,school,and society to alleviate and improve the client's school-weariness situation.Through the method of case work,the small K in high school students isinvolved.The purpose of the case service is to enable the client to coordinate self-concept,development potential,and self-realization.
