The mental health status of middle school students is one of the topics of constant social concern.Research on the mechanism of mental health of middle school students is emerging in an endless stream.Teenagers as hot spots of research,their development of moral identity has drawn the attention of researchers.So,the development of young people’s moral identity has an impact on mental health status?At the same time,in this process of influence,whether the adolescent’s own coping styles and the atmosphere of the external environment school play an intermediary role or regulation?The purpose of this study is to examine the basic characteristics of adolescent moral identity,coping style,school atmosphere and mental health status,and to explore the impact of moral identity on mental health as well as the intermediary role of coping style and the adjustment of school atmosphere.A moderated mediator model.This study uses a questionnaire to test 737 middle school students.Using t test,correlation analysis,Process to establish a regulation of the intermediary and other statistical methods,analysis of the four characteristics and relationships.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Mental health of middle school students is generally normal,of which learning anxiety prevails.Except for loneliness,there are significant differences between boys and girls in other dimensions;only child and non-only children have significant differences in allergy tendency;there are grade differences in learning anxiety,anxiety,allergy tendency and physical symptoms;mother’s education The level of loneliness and allergy tendencies in two dimensions there is a significant difference;(2)The school atmosphere perceived by middle school students as a whole is relatively positive,with the highest score among teachers and students and the lowest expectation of clarity.Male and female students have significant differences in the fairness of the rules.Only children and non-only children also have significant differences in the fairness of the rules.The school atmosphere has significant differences in all dimensions of grades,and the overall high school grade scores are low Grade in junior high school grade;however,there is no significant difference in the academic qualifications of mother and father;(3)Most of the coping styles of middle school students are coping with problems,of which problem solving is most commonly used,which shows that the overall coping style of middle school students is relatively mature.Boys and girls have significant differences in seeking support and venting emotions;only children and non-only children have significant differences in reasonably explaining dimensions;there are significant differences in different grades in terms of problem solving,seeking support and reasonable explanation;(4)There is a significant negative correlation between mental health and moral identity,pointing problem response and school atmosphere;there is a significant positive correlation between moral identity and pointing problem and school atmosphere;(5)The response to the problem has an intermediary relationship between moral identity and mental health,and the school atmosphere has a regulatory effect on the second half of the response mediation effect of pointing problems.This study clarifies the relationship among moral identity,coping style,school atmosphere,and mental health.It reveals the intrinsic mechanism that affects the mental health of middle school students and provides a theoretical basis for improving the mental health of middle school students.It has important theoretical and practical significance.At the same time,in daily teaching practice,school administrators and teachers must not only pay attention to the psychological state of the students themselves,but also understand how students deal with problems,create a good school atmosphere,and improve students’psychology both inside and outside.
