In order to improve the overall professional level of education supervisors,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Educational Steering Teams"and the "Code of Conduct for Inspections".In 2012,the State Council,in turn,Regulations "made a new revision.Article 7 of the provisions of the state to implement the system of supervision,inspection should meet the specific conditions.The revision of the Education Supervision Ordinance further regulates the behavior of educational supervision and marks the track of educational supervision to the legal system.The education supervisors at the county level are the most basic supervisors and the most important members of the educational supervisory authority.The quality of education at the county level how to directly affect the county level of education and supervision functions.To this end,the author wq county education supervision-agencies in the six education supervisors as the object of study,to carry out research.On the basis of extensive reading of domestic and foreign research materials,relevant policies and regulations,master a lot of literature,find the breakthrough of this paper to study.The quality of the county-level education supervisors is divided into the concept of supervision,supervision of knowledge,supervision,investigation of the quality of the county and education supervision staff status and problems,from pre-job training,post-training,self-learning,independent research four dimensions Analyze the factors that affect the quality of education supervisors at the county level,and find out the reasons,so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.After investigating the structured interview,we found that the quality of education supervisors in wq county has the following problems:1.Educational supervision concept lag:the balanced development of supervision and education,and the relationship between education fairness and education democracy is not in place;2.The lack of supervision knowledge:Education supervisors of education management,education and teaching theory,teacher professional development theory and student growth theory knowledge is not good;3.insuffcient supervision capacity:the level of educational supervision of the organizational capacity,to explore the ability to explore,service capabilities and willpower also To be improved.The author draws the following conclusions:wq county education supervisors quality of the general situation;training approach is not good,education and supervision personnel are basically in the passive training of the state;independent learning and research approach is not good,education and supervision personnel in his main learning,The state of the study.I suggest:1.Increase the training frequency,enrich the training content,improve training efficiency.2.Awakening self-awareness,stimulate self-confidence,improve self-learning ability.3.Explore the mode of independent research,improve participation,play the role of independent research.
