A Research On The Work-family Facilitation And Women's Career Success

Recently,more and more women have become "career women",who play the different roles,and make more contribution to the development of the economic society.Therefore,the problem about the relationship between work and family for career women has been paid more and more attention.How to guide career women to establish and develop the facilitation between work and family,making both of which supplement and complement each other,and help women achieve career success,is a rewarding issue.By choosing 322 married career women on the mainland who come from all kinds of enterprises as the research sample,this research discussed the mechanism between work-family facilitation and career success,and the following research conclusions were formed:(1)Work-family facilitation has a positive effect on psychological capital significantly.Specifically,work-to-family facilitation and family-to-work facilitation have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism.(2)Psychological capital has a positive effect on career success significantly.Specifically,internal competitiveness is significantly and positively impacted by self-efficacy,hope and resilience,external competitiveness is significantly and positively impacted by self-efficacy and hope,career satisfaction is significantly and positively impacted by hope and resilience.(3)Psychological capital acts as the partial intermediary variable in the mechanism between work-family facilitation and career success.Some suggestions for enterprises are made,to bring the human resource management of the enterprise a revelation,which helps to guide career women to establish and develop the facilitation between work and family,and encourage career momen to achieve self-realization.Finally,enterprises achieve the goals with the help of personal career success.
