As an important criterion for measuring career development,career success has been widely concerned by the community,and the research results on its influencing factors have become more and more abundant,but the research on the field of career success of preschool teachers have not yet been carried out.More rarely studied from the sense of professional sense of the heart to explore the level of career success factors.At the same time,although research has confirmed the impact of psychological capital on career success,but whether it is in the preschool teachers career sense and career success between the intermediary role has yet to be confirmed.Therefore,this study takes the preschool teachers as the research object,explores the influence of the teachers' professional mission and psychological capital on the career success through the empirical research,and tries to verify whether the psychological capital plays an intermediary role between the two.On the basis of literature review,this study systematically combs the existing research results in the field of professional mission,psychological capital and career success,and puts forward the hypothesis of this research.A total of 264 preschool teachers were randomly selected from the preschools in Huaibei and Xuzhou.Through the correlation analysis,regression analysis,structural equation and other statistical methods study of preschool teachers' calling,psychological capital and its impact on career success calling and job performance.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Preschool teachers' professional sense of mission,psychological capital and career success are generally on the middle level.(2)There was a significant difference in the professional sense of career in general,and there was no significant difference in mental capital and career success.There is no significant difference in the sense of professional mission in the sense of professional mission,and there is no significant difference in psychological capital and career success.There are significant differences in the professional mission and psychological capital of preschool teachers from different schools.There is no significant difference in career success.There is no significant difference in the professional mission,psychological capital and career success of the preschoolteachers from different nature schools.There are significant differences in the professional mission and psychological capital of the preschool teachers with different qualifications,and there is no significant difference in the career success.There are significant differences in the professional mission sense,psychological capital and career success of the children with average income in different months.(3)The mission of a sense of professional mission evoked,professional adherence to the preschool teacher's career success has a significant positive predictive effect.(4)The hope of psychological capital,toughness of preschool teachers career success has a significant positive predictive effect.(5)The mental capital of preschool teachers in the professional sense of mission and career success to play a full intermediary role.
