The research mainly adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire and experiment to study the teaching of physical education in special education schools in Cangzhou City,and study the basic condition of the students with mental handicap and compare the two groups of students' To explore the difference of motor skills,to explore the basic sports ability training for the mentally retared children of other basic sports action skills to promote the role of learning,and four months after the experimental intervention,the experimental group of parents and related teachers questionnaires and interviews,The main purpose is to test the results of this experiment,and students after the test changes.Further analyzes the movement characteristics and development rules of the students with mental retardation,promotes the development of their physical and mental health and improves the social adaptability,and also hopes to provide some practical teaching for the physical education classroom teaching in other areas and schools through the experimental research of PE classroom teaching reference.Through a period of study,the following conclusions are drawn:1?Through the field investigation and questionnaire survey can be seen low-grade mental retardation students physical education teaching a single,teaching content monotonous,teaching effect is not obvious.2?After sixteen weeks of basic skills training,the students in the experimental group stand alone,standing long jump,rope skipping and other significant progress,and revoked the experimental intervention after re-testing,student test scores are still higher than the previous test High,that the basic skills of the skills to help learn to promote mental retardation student speed,strength,balance,coordination and endurance and other physical quality development.Sixteen weeks after the basic skills to learn,shooting into the basket effect is not significant,indicating that a short period of time basic energy-saving learning to improve students' muscle control ability has some limitations.3?After the end of the experiment,most parents and teachers believe that students in the action learning,communication and other aspects of progress is obvious,that the basic skills of learning skills to improve the classroom learning ability,communication skills,good sports skills learning Which is conducive to improving students' social adaptability.4?In the physical education class to join the basic skills to learn after the extension of action skills learning,the results show that students learn new moves speed,accuracy and so have a positive role in the movement,indicating the basic skills of learning skills for children with mental retardation learning other sports skills Has a good role in promoting.
