Research Purposes:This research introduces a physical training – TRX,which represent an advanced foreign method,the purpose is to explore the effects on the core strength of the cheerleading athletes through TRX training experiments;by studyinga variety of the methods and means on strengthening the core muscles of the cheerleading athletes,in order to develop some new thoughts on skilled cheerleading training.Research Methods:This passageis includedliterature,interviews,mathematical statistics and experiments,conducting the experiments that focus on the impact of TRX suspension training on the core strength of cheerleading athletes.Setting 20 cheerleading athletes from Beijing Sport University as the experimental object,athletes will be divided into experimental group and control group for the 16 weeks experiment,by contrasting the results in order to obtain the dataand analyze them.Research Results:1.From the comparisons between the experimental group than the control group,thevolume tcandidates that the former group overtakes the latter group extremely in the progress,significantly differences between the seven indexes were measured by core strength(P< 0.01),the test results were obviously improved.2.The core strength of the experimental group was significantly improved due to the experiments,especially in the control of the core muscles,increased 46.37% and 46.44% on average,the flexor extensor endurance and dynamic trunk control force increased more than 35%,it is true that the effects was malverous.Research Conclusion:1.Provided the core strength training as the guiding theory on TRX suspension training,this can effectively enhance the skilledcheerleading athletes' control ability in the core area.Through the comparative analysis of the two groups of subjects,the core strength of the increase in the achievements of the experimental group is significantly greater than the control group.Taking TRX suspension training methodcan help to improve the skilledcheerleading athletes' muscle system,especially in the side of the body.2.Provided the core strength training as the guiding theory on TRX suspension training,there is an obvious effect on improving the combination scores on difficult actions for the skilled cheerleading athletes.In terms of the improvement on the core strength,so that it makes them better performance when conducting pyramid,lifts and catches and other difficulty actions while maintaining stable and controlling,as well as the quality of actions,scores,and the overall performance.3.The specific actions selected in the experiment of the TRX training,which followed the theoretical guidance of "core strength ",resulted in that these actions were effective in improving the core strength of the cheerleading athletes,suited the daily training in the skilled cheerleading subjects as well.4.TRX suspension training is used as a new training method,the training methods are various,rich in contents,and more suitable for skilled cheerleading.Though the 16 weeks training on the 20 cheerleading athletes from Beijing Sport University,the consequences turned to be:guided by the theory on core strength training,TRX training help the athletes become stronger,and can enhance the ability of the movementin the future.
