Freestyle pom cheerleading combines the concepts of jazz and hip-hop,while emphasizing choreography,implementing appropriate techniques,visual effects,creativity,steps,and team unity.The whole process requires 100% use of the freestyle pom.The most important features of this form are synchronization and visual effects,clean and accurate movements,powerful freestyle pom technology,and a blend of dance elements.As the main link of body strength,core strength can effectively enhance the success rate of students' transmission of power and completion of actions.When training with the Flexi-bar,the vibration destroys the balance of the muscles.In this process,in order to control the balance of the muscles,the muscles are transmitted from the muscles to the brain through the nervous system.The core muscles of our body are reflected to maintain the balance of the body,thereby improving the strength,stability and coordination of the core of the body.With the continuous development of the freestyle pom cheerleading program and the continuous updating of the cheerleading rules,the requirements for athletes are constantly improving,and the requirements for the core strength of athletes are getting higher and higher.The current training methods cannot fully meet the core strength development.Need.This article expounds the theory and method of Flexi-bar training,and integrates Flexi-bar into the training of cheerleading sports team,which provides another channel for improving and improving the core strength training of cheerleading students.In this study,the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and teaching experiment method were used to conduct group experiments on students of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.The main findings are as follows:1.At present,the core strength training of students in colleges is generally general.There are mainly problems such as less emphasis,less training methods,and insufficient training load.This leads to the lack of core strength training.The training effect is not good.2.Flexi-bar training with "functional training" as the guiding theory,the training method can effectively improve the core strength of students,after 12 weeks of experiment,the stability and strength of the core parts of the body before and after the experiment of the two groups of experimental subjects the increase in special technical indicators was significantly higher than that of the control group.3.Flexi-bar training can significantly improve the stability of the core area of the subject,the five-level side bridge test and the eight-level bridge test have a very significant improvement,the control group has also improved,but the effect is not Flexibar training is remarkable.4.Flexi-bar training and regular waist strength training can significantly improve the core strength of the subject.The 60-second sit-up and the 60-second prone back have very significant differences before and after the experiment.5.Flexi-bar training helps the subject's professional skills to improve,15 seconds of flexion and leg jump have significant differences,including a single foot swivel 360 ° and side shift leg balance control 5 seconds of special technical level There were very significant differences before and after the experiment.
