With the continuous deepening of vocational education informatization reform,the continuous innovation of classroom teaching models,the requirements for higher vocational teachers' information teaching ability are getting higher and higher.As the main force of higher vocational education,young teachers are the foundation for the sustainable development of vocational schools.With the advent of the era of informatization education,improving the informatization teaching ability of young teachers is an important task on the road to the development of vocational education.This research takes the improvement of young teachers' informatization teaching ability as the starting point,focuses on analyzing the group of young teachers in five-year higher vocational colleges,and explores the status quo and improvement strategies of the informatization teaching ability of young teachers in five-year vocational colleges.This research conducted an empirical investigation on the informatization teaching ability of young teachers in five-year vocational colleges through questionnaire survey and interview methods.Based on the key points and requirements of the informatization reform of vocational education in Jiangsu Province,the comparative analysis of teachers' informatization teaching ability standards in various countries,and the professional standards of teachers in secondary vocational schools in our country,the ability analysis framework is constructed.Based on this,develop questionnaires and prepare interview outlines.Quantitatively analyze the overall situation of the informatization teaching ability of young teachers in five-year vocational colleges and the differences under different background variables,combined with interviews to analyze current problems and influencing factors,and propose improvement strategies.The research found that the informatization teaching ability of young teachers in the first and five-year higher vocational colleges can be divided into four dimensions: "technical literacy","teaching practice","professional ability",and "research and development".2.The overall performance of the informatization teaching ability of young teachers in five-year higher vocational colleges is not satisfactory.The performance is the best at the level of "technical literacy",followed by the two levels of "teaching practice" and "professional ability",and the level of "research and development" The performance is weaker.3.There are significant differences in the information teaching ability of young teachers in five-year vocational colleges in terms of school level,gender,age,length of service,professional title and other variables.4.In terms of technical literacy,five-year vocational young teachers have strong ICT awareness as a whole,but their ability to independently develop teaching resources is weak,and the use of multimedia technology is poor;in teaching practice,teaching design ability and organizational management ability need to be Improved,lack of awareness of process evaluation;in terms of professional ability,professional attention is high,but professional counseling ability and practical training management ability are not strong;in research and development,teachers have strong research awareness but weak learning awareness,and informatization teaching is in The role of students in professional development is relatively weak.On this basis,in view of the current deficiencies in the informatization teaching of higher vocational teachers,corresponding development strategies are proposed from the two levels of teachers and schools.At the teacher level,young teachers should form correct information teaching concepts to make information technology truly serve teaching;cherish the opportunities for front-line practice in production and management,and attach importance to training and teaching Informatization application;use informatization methods to conduct formative evaluation of students,and evaluate students' learning behaviors through qualitative and quantitative data.At the school level,schools should pay close attention to the development of young teachers' informatization teaching capabilities,ensure funding,establish famous teacher studios,and formulate incentive mechanisms for informatization teaching;scientifically establish positions,rationally divide labor,and care for young teachers to reduce The teacher's burden;improve the quality of teaching resources,build a teaching resource library,realize centralized management of resources,and provide a comfortable learning environment for teachers and students;establish a school-based training model of "three-dimensional stratification,wide-path talents",closely follow teaching practice,and establish An excellent team of informatization teaching promotes teaching through competitions,and encourages more teachers to use informatization teaching in daily teaching.
