Along with our country campus football activities,the proportion of football class in P.E.course gradually increased,the students' interest in football sports curriculum is also more intense,so that football sports teachers need to innovate in teaching methods,in order to meet more students to participate in the football activities in the past.Football is a team of high intensity of confrontation between the two teams,so students should not only have better flexibility,but also have a good ability to resist.But each of the students between different physique,accept fewer hours,school venues and other hardware facilities and the ability of different elective courses is limited,in this case,the author conducted a ladder teaching experimental research in the application of elective courses in football.This paper will use ladder teaching to college football elective course,to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the elective courses in college football,college football elective course for teaching and optimization of teaching quality to provide practical reference to improve.In this paper,the use of literature review,questionnaire,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct a detailed study of ladder teaching.The experiment from the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics grade 2015 undergraduate elective course of football in two classes from a total of 60 male students as experimental subjects,a period of 16 weeks teaching experiment of 32 hours,draw three conclusions:(1)Using ladder type teaching,Juggling,passing and shooting three point score were significantly improved,that of Ladder Teaching in football elective teaching plays a significant role in promoting the teaching effect;(2)ladder teaching students' interest in hobbies,physical fitness,fun experience,social interaction of the five participant motivation is very significantly increased;(3)ladder teaching by students heterogeneity grouping,reduce the differences between students,students will be regarded as the main body the teaching activities,improve the learning enthusiasm of the students,the classroom atmosphere relaxed,effectively improve the students' participation motivation.Based on the above research,3 conclusions are drawn,and some suggestions are put forward for the promotion of the ladder teaching in college football elective courses and other physical education courses.However,due to the influence of the experimental time,conditions,environment and other factors,the results of this experiment can only be said to be preliminary.
