A Study On The Factors Of Cheating In College Students

As a critical method of teaching evaluation,examinations can be used to measure the acceptance degree of knowledge by college students.Therefore,according to the traditional educational idea,teachers and students are more concerned with the examination results,which makes some students to get high marks by seeking improper means in the examination.Cheating makes students get the high score and leading some students do not work hard.This formed a vicious circle,making some college students waste the university time.This paper attempts to explore the causes of college students' cheating from the aspects of college students' grade factors,college students' own quality,teachers' teaching methods,examination forms,examination management system and social environment factors.Through the literature analysis and questionnaire survey,the author puts forward that the flexible management as the breakthrough point.It is proposed,from the perspective of flexible management,strengthen college students' learning consciousness and enthusiasm,at the same time,improve the school management system.At last,to explore a more fair form of examination evaluation way,and promote the healthy growth of college students.Flexible management emphasizes "humanization" and "non-coercion" in teaching management activities.In the daily student management through the non-mandatory way,taking the person as the core of the management,so as to touch the psychology of college students,enhance the potential persuasion,by this way,taking the rules into a kind of internalization action in the minds of college students.This method can enable college students to understand the function and significance of school management,make students understand the role of school management and the significance of identity,eventually,can consciously abide by the school management system.This paper takes the examination cheating of college students as the object of study,illustrating the following aspects-status quo of college students' cheating,factors of cheating,characteristics of cheating,harm of cheating,teacher's teaching mode,school's management system and so on.Based on the theory of behavioral science,Maslow's theory of needs hierarchy and fairness theory,this paper puts forward the flexible management mode.By strengthening the principle of flexible management mechanismin the examination,we can construct a more reasonable flexible examination method and evaluation method.Taking cultural values as the core of the institutional direction of reform,learning from foreign university examination management system,for the reform of the college examination system some suggestions are put forward.At present,most of the researches tend to study the cheating psychology of college students,but do not use the management method as the research content.This paper discusses the factors of college students' cheating from the perspective of flexible management,and puts forward the countermeasures of correcting the cheating behavior of college students.
