Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the ideological and moral teaching is developing rapidly,though it's also facing many serious problems and challenges.However,the concept of harmonious education meets the demands of the reform of ideological and moral teaching.In the new curriculum reform of ideological and moral lesson,problems such as how to analyze the existing problems and propose solutions,to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,need to be focused on.Therefore,the researches on them have great importance and significance.In the teaching activities,the relationship between teachers and students is the most basic kind of interpersonal relationship,and it is also the most important interpersonal relationship.This paper introduces the new curriculum under the background of new curriculum reform,the concept of new students,new concept of target and method,expounds connotation under the background of new curriculum reform of the ideological and moral course of harmonious relationship between teachers and students and the specific meaning,and analyzes under the background of new curriculum reform the features of harmonious teacher-student relationship,which is open and time-caught,and is of participation and values to lead significant features.The research selected five representative middle school in Zhongshan as object of investigation to investigate and analyze current situation of the harmonious teacher-student relationship in Ideological and moral education.The lack of ideological communication and trust between teachers and students and of trendy and innovative information,as well as boring classroom atmosphere and shortness of practical effects,neglect of effective communication with students are all the problems reflected.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the main reasons for the above problems are as follows: students,teachers,school,family and social reasons.Considering historical situation of harmonious teacher-student relationship in Ideological and moral education,the article puts forward the following five strategies to tackle the five aspects: one is to make the students change their attitude to respect for teachers,the two is to encourage teachers to update teaching ideas to improve their own quality,three is the school moral education to create a harmonious atmosphere of the campus,is home to the four change the idea of promoting the teacher-student relationship,the five is to improve social atmosphere to create a good social atmosphere.This thesis will provide some reference for improving the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the ideological and moral course and the realization of the strategic objectives of the new curriculum reform.Through the above discussion,the new curriculum reform of Ideological and moral education of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students can effectively improve the teaching effect of Ideological and moral education,cultivate students' emotion,guide students to establish a good faith and value.
