Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and most important school education in the field of relationships, interpersonal relations throughout the process. With the proposed concept of a harmonious society, harmonious relations between teachers and students become society's common aspiration for education. Harmonious relationships between teachers and students to participate in education and training can promote school goals and the overall development of students, In addition, people also come to realize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students of the long-term development of human society also has far-reaching significance. The new curriculum reform in the current context, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students improve the harmonious education system and become the objective requirements of the times. Therefore, the teacher-student relationship has always been an education theory and educational practice, become the focus of attention problem. However, due to changes in social environment and the traditional concept of the impact of discord between teachers and students, there have been various phenomena, I am in the phenomenon by analyzing the causes and influencing factors existing, to focused on analysis of new curriculum the context of the need for a harmonious relationship between teacher and theoretical basis,and attempt to deal with countermeasures. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. Harmonious relationship between teachers and students for carrying out the necessity of interpretation, especially with the new basic education curriculum reform and the launching of the deepening of relations between teachers and students some changes have taken place. The social environment changes and the impact of traditional values, there has been a little problem, Therefore, this part deals with the need to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship and significance, as well as some specific research methods.The second part is the harmonious relationship between teachers and students explain the meaning and characteristics.The third part is the the theoretical basis of a detailed interpretation of the harmonious relations between teachers and students ,involving harmony theory, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, field theory and Rogers dependency theory.The fourth part is that in the new curriculum reform, building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students so as to analyze the constraintsThe fifth part is the focus of this article, I highlighted the curriculum reform specific strategies in school-teacher-student relationship, involves building a harmonious teacher-student relationship principles to be followed , the building appropriate ways and the final Harmony outlook.
