Research On College Students' Entrepreneurial Ecosystem And Operation Mechanism Based On Collaborative Innovation

The issue of university students' entrepreneurship has always been a hot issue that the party and the country attach great importance to and the whole society has paid close attention to.The number of college graduates nationwide reached 8.2 million in 2018,an increase of 250,000 over 2017.As an effective innovation method to improve organizational innovation performance,collaborative innovation is combined with college students' entrepreneurship to build a collaborative innovation-based college students' entrepreneurship ecosystem and operation mechanism,which can enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship ability and further effectively improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship.In this paper,using the triple helix theory,coordination theory,ecological system theory and entrepreneurship theory and related disciplines theory and view,and through the actual survey found the problems existing in the college students' entrepreneurship and practice,using the experience of MIT and TUM college students entrepreneurial ecosystem,build the model of college students' entrepreneurial ecosystem based on collaborative innovation,and to explore its operating mechanism,so as to provide new train of thought and pattern for college students' entrepreneurship,cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents with high quality.The thesis is divided into six parts: chapter one:introduction.Expound the backdrop,goal and sence of the artical;This paper reviews the research on collaborative innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem at home and abroad,and puts forward the main contents,methods,difficulties and innovation points of this paper.Chapter two defines the concepts of college students,entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial ecosystem of college students,and elaborates the relevant theories,from which we can learn and draw lessons.Chapter three: through the practical investigation,the author finds out the existing problems of college students' entrepreneurship and systematically analyzes the causes of the problems.Chapter four discusses the components and operation of MIT and TUM in foreign countries,and points out the reference to China.Chapter five: the significance of collaborative innovation to college students' entrepreneurship is analyzed,and on this basis,a model of college students' entrepreneurship ecosystem based on collaborative innovation is constructed.Chapter six: On the basis of constructing the entrepreneurial ecosystem model of college students based on collaborative innovation,it points out that the application of five operating mechanisms can make the system operate better andpromote college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship better.Finally,the relevant conclusions and the prospect of further research are put forward.The main innovation points of this paper is to use a multidisciplinary approach to the study of cross,through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis,mainly using the triple helix theory,coordination theory,ecological system theory and entrepreneurship theory and related disciplines theory and view,and connecting with the foreign experience of college students' entrepreneurial ecosystem to comprehensive research the construction of college students' entrepreneurial ecosystem model and its operation mechanism,successful entrepreneurship for college students has good guidance.
