Investigation And Research On Kindergarten Based Teaching And Research Of Private Kindergarten In Baoding

The "national long-term education reform and development plan"(2010-2020)clearly put forward to the basic universal preschool education,the State encourages social forces to set up various forms of kindergarten and preschool education,kindergarten construction across the country has entered a period of rapid development,and private kindergarten as the backbone of private education,its development is also quite rapid.Private kindergarten kindergarten teaching research situation has received more extensive attention.According to the current situation of the Department of the Baoding City Private Kindergarten do research,through questionnaire and interview research on the Baoding city of 8 private kindergartens,analysis of the current situation of the Department of the Baoding city private kindergarten,find out the existing problems and puts forward some feasible suggestions.According to the content of the questionnaire,this article focuses on the private kindergarten based teaching research,teaching and research attention whether meet the needs of children,kindergarten based teaching form,the principal role of teachers,participation,reflection,and enhance the degree of professional development form the eight dimensions of the investigation.The existing problems are as follows: 1.the idea level of kindergarten based teaching and research is low,2.the teaching management system of the kindergarten lacks institutionalization,3.the forms of teaching and research activities in this university are diversified,but become formalistic.4.there is no "research community" in the kindergarten based teaching research and so on.For problems found include: 1.raising the level of kindergarten teaching research,2.establish a complete kindergarten kindergarten teaching and research management system,3.improve the form and content of private kindergarten kindergarten research and development,4.establish the research community of kindergarten based teaching and research activities.The author hopes to provide theoretical support and help for the development of private kindergarten kindergarten teaching and research in Baoding.
