This study takes the S English training institution as an example to study the current situation and existing problems of human resources training and education for off-campus middle and small-sized English training institutions.There are three main problems in the training of human resources.The first is that there is no training plan connected with the strategy of training institutions.The second is that the education curriculum can not reflect the changes in the educational model.And the third is that the S English training institutions have shortcomings in the evaluation and return,and do not have an objective and neutral evaluation system for the employees.The results lead to the inadequate accounting basis for the return.In order to solve these problems,this study puts forward two countermeasures.On the one hand,the S English training institutions should establish an effective training and education system to establish a training and education system that is in line with the institutional strategy,connect the long-term management plan with the manpower plan,and establish the standards for the training and education required by the institutions.If we have the plan of selecting talents,we should set up a staff improvement system to accurately grasp the strength needed by training institutions.On the other hand,we should make specific practice and efforts for training institutions'goals.The first is to carry out educational training centered on teamwork rather than improving skills.The second is to carry out education and training activities that improve organization rather than individual ability,and do not take employees as individuals,but seek the overall ability of developing organizations.The third is through the training of the age community,forming the organizational culture of the cooperation between all the members of the organization and the stakeholders.
