With the relaxation of urban settlement system and the urbanization is accelerating in china,the population from rural areas is pouring into cities.As of the end of 2020,the number of mobile children,as the special breed in the floating population,reached 130 million.When these children leave the familiar living environment,they lose their original peer support,and they can't carry out new peer communication smoothly because of the lack of peer communication ability.These practical difficulties lead to their high willingness to communicate but little behavior in peer communication.Low communication ability;Communication attitude deviation;Lack of confidence.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the peer communication ability of migrant children,this paper,guided by social-learning theory and comprehensive children development characteristics,uses the social learning group mode to carry out intervention,and carries out 8 group activities for migrant children.The results showed that the four dimensions(communicative confidence,communicative attitude,communicative willingness and communicative ability)used to measure the peer communication ability of migrant children were significantly enhanced after the intervention.Therefore,it can be concluded that group intervention under the guidance of social learning theory can effectively improve the peer communication ability of migrant children.Finally,insufficient reflection research and bring up three optimization suggestions to improve the peer communication of migrant children——to create and promote lasting professional services for migrant children;Promoting the integration of diverse professional social work methods;Create the linkage wisdom of family,school,community and society,so as to solve the problem of peer communication of floating children effectively for a long time.
