Investigating And Analyzing The Influence Of The Two-child Fertility Intention For Female Teachers

China's family planning has changed from one-child policy which has lasted for 46 years to two-child policy since the early of 2015.Hebei province is with large population and it is serious with the aging of the population.The people's fertility intention can't be fully mobilized with only implementation of selective two-child policy.Therefore,the overall two-child policy is very important to further stimulate people's fertility.On the one hand,the article clarifies that the influence factors of female teachers' intensions to have two children,which can help government better serve the people by improving the fertility policy and the social security system.On the other hand,there are many young female teachers to have two children at the same time,which lead to the decline of the teachers and the school teaching are unable to maintain in normal condition.So,it is very important that the study of the influence of the two-child policy for female teachers and stimulate rationally the intention to have two children.The study is significance not only for the government to carry out the two-child policy,but also practical to ensure the school teaching will not be affected by the two-child policy.Based on this,firstly,the article studies the domestic and foreign literature about the effect of population policy and the implementation of "Selective Two-child Policy ".The article analyzes the factors that affect the of two-child fertility and establishes the index system to analyze the influence degree from three levels(Individual,Family and Society).Secondly,the article designs the questionnaire through the three levels.The questionnaire in Shijiazhuang includes the basic situation of female teachers,the desire to have two children,the impact of the two-child and the impact of fertility on the work.The article finds some conclusions by descriptive statistics,independent test,correspondence analysis and decision-making tree.Female teachers' fertility desire will be mainly determined by their own in Shijiazhuang.Although the vast majority of female teachers tend to have two children,nearly half of them are not ready to have two children.The birth of two children will bring some pressure on the family economy,but they can bear.If the family has a girl and the husband is the only son in his family,fertility desire of two-child will be more intense.There are a small number of female teachers are not ready to work after birth,but the majority of them in pregnancy can work for more than 7 months.Thirdly,According to the significance texting of the relationship between each index and fertility intention,the test results show that education,economy,and having both sons and daughters factors on reproductive intention is not significant.Through establishing the structural equation modeling and calculating the path coefficient,the article concludes that the influence of the individual on the fertility of two-child is greater than other aspects,and the reproductive age is the most important factor in the individual level.The influence of the social level is the least,and the basic education is the weakest in the index system.It shows that female teachers determine the fertility of two-child mainly by themselves.At the end,the article gives some suggestions to government and schools.
