Teachers,as a specific implementer of education and teaching work,are shouldering the responsibility of students' growth and the development of the entire education.The survival status of teachers will directly affect the development of teaching and students.Therefore,in recent years,the teachers' occupation,teachers' life,teachers' psychology and other living conditions are gradually aroused by the society.Novice teachers as a special group of teachers,occupy a large part of the entire teaching staff.And these new teachers have not only brought vitality and vigor to the whole teaching industry,but also the development to the education.They also give the fresh blood,reform and innovation to the road of education.Based on the characteristics of education in the middle school's development and the individual characteristics of students' special period,the survival status of the novice teachers are related to the development of education.According to the previous research,the present study shows the living conditions of the teachers to be appointed in middle school,and puts forward some suggestions to improve their living conditions.This study chooses the middle school of the author as the case.It is mainly based on the qualitative research.It uses the documentary method,the questionnaire survey method,the interviewing method and the observation method as the main ways to investigate the survival state of the novice teachers.Especially there are three novice teachers as the interviewed objects.The paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborating the author's research origin and sorting out the literature reviews from domestic and foreign countries.And the definition of the three core concepts about the voice teachers,the living state and the teachers' living conditions is showed.The second chapter is about the ideas and designs of the research.It mainly shows the purpose,significance,innovation,research ideas and objects in detail.The third chapter is the research process and discovery.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of the objects,which is the basis of the study.Secondly,the present situation is presented by the four aspects,including the current situation of the daily life and work,the status quo of professional development and the state of mind.Finally,on the basis of the present situation of the living conditions,the author analyzes the causes from the subjective and the objective sides,which includes the aspects of the teachers themselves,the schools and the social aspects.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions of the research.The conclusion of the research is a summary of the research process and the research problem.The research proposals are based on the three aspects of research problems and the analysis of the causes.Three proposals are the improvement of the teachers' individual qualities,the more humanistic care given by the schools,and the novice teachers' satisfaction for some social demands from society.
