Ancient poetry and prose is the essence of traditional culture in ancient China.The Standards of Ordinary High School Chinese Course(Experiment Draft)clearly points out that students should “learn ancient Chinese outstanding works,experience the spirit of the Chinese nation they contain,and lay a good foundation for the formation of certain traditional culture”.A good mastery of ancient poetry and prose is not only the requirement of New Course Standard,also is the requirement of learning Chinese traditional culture under the social background.Besides,it is conducive to individual development high school students in the early stage of youth.Ancient poetry and prose teaching occupies a large proportion in high school Chinese teaching,and it is always a big problem in Chinese teaching because it needs a lot of efforts for teachers and students.The idea of “True Chinese” that conforms to the law of Chinese subject teaching and students' cognitive regularity may bring some enlightenment to solve the problem.The introduction part of the paper starts from a series of articles about “True Chinese” discussion,summarizes their main viewpoints,defines the concept of “True Chinese” and studies the specific teaching principles.The body part first explores the current situation of ancient poetry and prose teaching at high school through the comprehensive survey of high school Chinese teachers,students,summarizes the existing problems.Secondly,with the combination of “False Chinese” class examples,it concretely analyzes the expression from of “False Chinese” in ancient poetry and prose teaching.Finally,according to the viewpoints of “True Chinese”,the results of the questionnaire and case analysis,by combining with concrete examples,it identifies how to implement the “True Chinese” teaching,and puts forward some suggestions to ancient poetry and prose teaching in transition.In the paper,starting from the origin of the concept “True Chinese”,based on the articles of Chinese Construction in 2013,the main points of the concept are summarized through literature research method.Then,the concept of “True Chinese”is defined,and the concrete teaching principles are summarized: to focus on the training of basic knowledge and basic skills”,return to “language and words use”standard,reduce non-Chinese and Pan-Chinese contents,avoid pretending and actingin classroom teaching,and implement the education of Chinese traditional culture through the Chinese curriculum.The current problems existing in ancient poetry and prose teaching are summed up through the Integrated use of questionnaire method and observation method,and they are as follows: the lack of professional accomplishment for some teachers,single teaching method,relying too much on multimedia technology,student's low learning interest in ancient poetry and prose,fewer autonomous learning opportunities at class,and insufficient extracurricular reading quantity.In order to further analyze the concrete embodiment of “False Chinese” in ancient poetry and prose class,and aiming at the problems existing in the teaching,four types of typical lesson cases are selected.According to the above mentioned “True Chinese” teaching principles,the following teaching strategies of ancient poetry and prose are proposed: from the perspective of teachers,attach importance to teachers' basic skills training,improve teachers' ability of ancient poetry and prose reading,and develop “serious” work and life habit;from the perspective of students,develop good habits and interest in ancient poetry and prose learning;appropriately use multimedia and other new technology in teaching implementation,use incentive and accurate classroom language for evaluation,provide students with more independent thinking and learning opportunities,and consciously exercise students' thinking ability.By combining with specific lesson cases and teaching design,how to carry out the “True Chinese” in the teaching and avoid “False Chinese” is revealed.The study aims to combine theory of “True Chinese” with teaching practice through specific case analysis,propose some feasible suggestions for the Chinese teachers' ancient poetry and prose teaching activity,and help students to improve learning effect of ancient poetry and prose.
