In the 1990 s,quality education reform has reached a climax.All levels of education departments has set an educational goal to cultivate comprehensively developed talents who meet the needs of the new era.Pre-school education is no exception.However,due to social,economic,scientific research and people's understanding and conceptual limitations,the reform of pre-school education has faced many problems and challenges,restricting the healthy development of pre-school education.Compared with lots of information about foreign pre-school education,the thesis has found many shortcomings of China's pre-school education,especially in family and kindergarten cooperation.The developed countries in the world has attached great importance to cooperation between kindergarten and family education,emphasizing the co-cultivation.Comparatively,the cooperation between family and kindergarten in our country has not been well carried out in most areas.“After knowing the adequacy,one should start to introspect.” Based on the research founding on cooperation between family and kindergarten,the thesis proposes improved methods,hoping to provide a useful reference for the smooth development of family and kindergarten cooperation.The research process mainly uses the literature method,the interview investigation method,the questionnaire survey method.Through the analysis of the collected literature,the main features of foreign family and kindergarten cooperation are: First,much attention to policy and regulation guidance;second,the way of home flexible and diverse cooperation methods;third,kindergartens play a leading role in the process of cooperation;fourth,the parents' full participation in kindergarten education.Since 1950 s and 1960 s,China has begun to pay attention to family and kindergarten cooperation.In the early 1980 s,many kindergartens has learned from education practice that early childhood education needs support and cooperation from family and society.Since the 1990 s,especially after the Kindergarten Education Guidelines(Trial)was promulgated in 2001,family and kindergarten cooperation has gradually received special attention.To explore the status and existing problems of family and kindergarten cooperation,the author has carried out a detailed investigation into the kindergartens in Shijiazhuang.Through a survey of questionnaire and interview,the basic situation of family and kindergarten cooperation has been found,as well as the main existing problems.For example,the attitude of the cooperation is positive but the effect is poor;the forms of cooperation are varied but superficial;the cooperation content is one-sided;the utilization of parent resource is not sufficient,etc.In view of the above problems,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward from the aspects of the concept,form and content of family and kindergarten cooperation.
