With the constant development of the society,people are demanded to do more.In order to cater to the pace of times and cultivate talents the society needs,teaching staff are actively conducting a series of reforms.In recent years,with the implementation of new curriculum reform and quality-oriented education,the principle of“student-oriented and teacher-guiding” is insisted,which pays attention to promote students' all-round development and improve their innovative and practical abilities.Thanks to the guidance of these theories,teaching methods are constantly being improved.The first three-minute speech in Ideological and Ethical Education is a way to fully play the short time of every class,so that students can express their ideas and emotions.It is a way that breaks traditional infusing class and enhances students' comprehensive ability with the guidance of teachers.As a fruitful way,it will not only make the class dynamic but also arouse students' initiative and creativity.Thus,the prefect combination of speech and teaching is both the actualization of the human-oriented viewpoint student and the expression of new conception of teaching.In recent years,some scholars have come up with statements on the meaning,features,effect,teaching,strategies and the application Ideological and Ethical Education of the three-minute speech before the class.They believe that three-minute speech before the class should pay attention to the novelty and variety of forms,richness of contents and train students in many aspects and it also emphasizes the integrity of students.Only in this way,can the boring class be changed to some extent to arouse students' interest in the subject and drive their development.At present,the 14 th Middle School in Yantai applies the three-minute speech before the class into junior high school teaching,which makes them own peculiar teaching mode and achieves good results.However,it is pointed out in materialistic dialectics that everything has two sides.Through handing out questionnaire and relative arrangement and analysis of the questionnaire,it can be seen there are still some problems,for example: the scale is not large enough,the whole plan is not so reasonable,the goal is not so clear and some students make short shrift.Therefore,in order to further study three-minute speech before the class,conclude experience and deepen theories,the present author further concludes the basic measures of three-minute speech before theclass including setting the principle of respecting students(students are the major force and students are peculiar),the method of encouraging education(be good at finding advantages,cultivating interests and satisfying desire to show off),the theme of spreading positive energy(introducing model deeds,feeling normal things and caring for current politics).The present author hopes it is beneficial in theory and practice in junior high school Ideological and Ethical Education.In all,the application of three-minute speech before the class still calls for further study and practice,many aspects and angles,for a long time need to continue to practice,at the same time also need education workers of the collective wisdom,exchange and interaction between teachers and students,to supplement and perfect unceasingly,finally formed a relatively mature teaching method.
