The problems of the class in the Junior high school are the common educational problems.Middle school students who are growing in both body and psychology behave badly because of the impact of examination-oriented education thought for a long time.What's more,middle school students are in the physical development and psychological rebellious period,they tend to behave badly in many aspects.So more problems of behavior appear more in the classroom.Being lack of mastering scientific and effective correction strategy,the teachers cannot have little effect on their normal teaching.And the problems of the behavior of junior middle school student are also the key factors of affecting teaching effectiveness and the normal education teaching order.On the basis of the analyzing the behavior and types as well as the cause of the problems of the Junior High School students,Junior High School students in Xingtai was studied as the individual case and pointed correction strategy and management suggestions are proposed in this situation.The conclusion is achieved as the following aspects:1,By observation,we know that junior high school students in Xingtai behave differently in class in different stages,different learning contents.Various problems we have found impact on the junior high school education teaching effect,worsen the relationship between teachers and students.These problems includes depression in Chinese class,disorder in English class,the conflict in math class.2,Xingtai junior middle school students,the classroom behavior problems can be roughly divided into introverted classroom behavior problem and extroverted class behavior problems.Among them,the introverted classroom problems include: intentional conspicuousness,disrupting the order,aggressive and resist the class problem behavior,extraversion class problems include: attention dispersion,retreat,mental tension and irresponsible class behavior problems.3,Xingtai class behavior problems mainly displays in the following aspects: junior high school boys play together,whisper,have a quarrel with his classmates.They tend to be late and against the teacher.They are reluctant to answer questions in class and reluctant to participate in class discussions.They have the same trouble as the girls in learning anxiety desertion,fidgeting,and depression.And girls' class behavior problems mainly displays in desertion,fidgeting,preoccupation and listlessness.4 For the degree of seriousness in Xingtai boy class behavior problem of junior high school,teachers evaluate and make a subjective conclusion that boys have more serious class problems in the following aspects: junior high school boys play together,whisper,have a quarrel with his classmates.They tend to be late and against the teacher.They are reluctant to answer questions in class and reluctant to participate in class discussions.They have trouble in learning anxiety desertion,fidgeting,depression and disgust at learning.5,In Xingtai,junior high school boys have much heavier extraversion class problems than girls,but introverted class issues,girls' behavior problems are more outstanding.Of all the extraverted class behavior problems,intentional conspicuous class behavior problems are common.The behavior problems of disrupting the class order,aggression and the virtual class problems are not very serious;While of the introverted class behavior problems,the problems of the distraction and tenseness in class are general.The behavior of retreat in class is relatively serious.And the behavior of irresponsibility in class is not serious.6,Class,school,family,society and other external environmental factors,teachers' education concept,education teaching level and professional ethics,and the students' gender differences,changes of body and mind and personality factor are the main causes of the junior middle school students' class behavior problems in Xingtai.
