The Cultivation Of Adults Problem-solving Ability In Web-Based Situation

Information society calls for the innovative talents with advanced thinking and problem-solving ability.With the development of scientific and technological progress,in web-based environment cultivating problem-solving ability is the requirement of the Times and adult learners inner desire.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars did not focus on deep connection between network situation and the connotation of adult problem solving ability,and they didn’t explain many ill-structured problems in practice.Through questionnaire and teacher interview,we can find out it exists some problems in cultivating problem solving ability such as learners’ lack of learning motivation etc.The purpose of this paper is to explore the components of adult problem solving ability,and investigate and analyze the data,summarize reasons of cultivating the ability of problem solving of adult network learners and correspondent countermeasures.Research based on characteristics of adult learners and context of the network,using constructivism learning theory,teaching theory and codes theory for reference,trying to build effective adult network learners problem-solving cultivate strategies.The full text includes the following sections:This study first discusses background、significance and purpose of the topic,analyzed and summarized the situation of domestic and overseas about the ability of adult problem solving learning in web-based environment;Then define the concept of problem solving,problem solving learning,adult learning problem solving ability,put forward the methodology and countermeasure of adults problem solving learning strategies;Analyze the features of adult problem-solving ability under the network situation 、its structure and influencing factors;From the present situation of adult learning,analyzing the cause of adult in the process of online learning which is bad for the development of the problem solving learning ability.However,the current situation of adult teaching process ignored cultivating problem solving ability,adult education should be reformed,it is imperative to cultivate adult problem solving ability.As a result,the last part of paper put forward strategies to develop adult problem-solving based on network situation.
