Rural-to-urban migrants play a impoetant roles in the way to carry out urbanization.In recent years,along with the improve of urbanization level,rural-to-urban migrants gradually achieve citizenization.rural-to-urban migrants citizenization can make promotion to economic development by increase consumption,reduce stocks in real estate,achieve scale operation in agriculture.Combined with the existing process of citizenization study,we focus on economic effect and mechanism of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization.Previous studies in this field always pay attention to the concept of citizenization and the system obstacles in the way to achieve citizenization and relevant institutional reform,without considering its impact on the economic growth and mechanism.Based on this,this article state the mechanism of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization.Calculate the process of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization and analyze economic effect of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization by economic scale and economic structure.The purpose of this study is to investigate economic effort and,further,mechanism of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization.First,base on our purpose,we settle the related theory at domestic and overseas,for the next article empirical research and innovation lay a solid theoretical basis.Next,use game theory study the mechanism of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization from microcoemic aspect.Analyze the reason that the result of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization present otherness in different circumstance of economic and institution.Next,based on existing data,we build,from economic?culture?public service and rights protection four field,a scientific,reasonable,thorough indicator system and calculate the process of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization from 2009 to 2015 in China and forecast the tendency of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization based on the previce calculation,economic environment and policy background.Then,we study,by empirical way,the economic growth effect of rural-to-urban migrants citizenization.The result of empirical study manifest that there are stable and balanced relationship between economic development and rural-to-urban migrants citizenization.Finally according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper propose to carry out reform from legislation to system in order to promote rural-to-urban migrants citizenization.In order to build a situation that rural-to-urban migrants citizenization and economic growth promote together,we give proposal that we should realize the significance of inclusive economic growth.
