A Narrative Research About Re-socialization Of Rural-urban Migrants

The rural-urban migrants are not only the indispensable force for urban construction and industrial development,but also the key to the breakthrough of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The resocialization of rural-urban migrants refers to the process of rural-urban migrants giving up the original codes of conduct and standards of values in rural areas and re-establishing the codes of conduct and standards of values needed for working and living in cities under the force of internal and external drives in the process of their career transformation and transformation of living and working areas.The theoretical understanding and practical advancement of this issue is not only related to the connotation's learn in depth and practical verification of the connotation of theories related to adult growth,but also related to the process of urbanization and the development of rural-urban migrants.Therefore,guided by the specific mission of adult education research "facing the actual needs of social operation and development,giving adult groups real care for life-long development needs such as labor,survival and life",the resocialization process of rural-urban migrants is presented in a narrative way,which becomes the research paradigm direction of "resocialization of rural-urban migrants".The resocialization of rural-urban migrants mainly includes: Internal aspects of resocialization(including values and life cognition),External aspects of resocialization(including survival style and social norms),personality resocialization(including social role and Personality Psychology).Through the narrative and analysis of the current situation of the re-socialization process of three research collaborators: JiangNing(a passer-by who made a living in the city),ZhouXin(a rural man who started his business in the city)and YuHua(a rural man who was liberated in the suburbs),the following conclusions are drawn:First,the characteristics of the resocialization of rural-urban migrants: 1.Values: from singleness,sensibility,closeness to pluralism,rationality and openness;2.Life cognition:from survival goals to development,enjoyment and realization goals;3.Survival style:from physical and imitation-type survival to skill-based and creative survival;4.Socialnorms: from passive,life-oriented and following-oriented to active,market-oriented and autonomous modes;5.Social role: from dominant rural people to "city-rural people";6.Personality psychology: from material psychology,empirical thinking to dual psychology,creative thinking.Second,The influencing factors of the resocialization of the rural-urban migrants:social factors,including social changes,families and mass media;Individual factors,including human capital,psychological capital and learning style;And Intermediary factors mainly refer to social practice and social interaction.Third,the mechanism of the resocialization of rural-urban migrants: a realistic portrayal of the theoretical model of "ternary interaction".The individual behavior,personality self and development environment of rural-urban migrants are the result of the interaction of individual behavior,social environment and individual internal factors.In a word,the issue of resocialization of rural-urban migrants is not only the value change of people in the background of social class mobility,but also the theoretical problem of human development under social contradictions and crises.On the one hand,the practical advancement about resocialization of rural-urban migrants should grasp the overall goal of human's all-round development and the formation of a harmonious social class,follow the three main principles of people-oriented,step-by-step,and systematic coordination,create a good resocialization environment,build a re socialization platform,guide the rural-urban migrants to form a suitable way of life and social norms,and at the same time,the rural-urban migrants should give full play to subjective initiative and actively re-socialize;On the other hand,the research on its theoretical problems should be carried out in the life and work of the rural-urban migrants under the natural situation with the main outline of "adult development research facing the social operation,extended resocialization research,and modern rural-urban migrants research".
