Teachers' identity is refers to the teachers under the certain social environment and living condition,the professional and working environment and their own community recognition and acceptance as well as to "as a teacher,who am I" and "I want to be what kind of teachers" knowledge and reflection,it emphasizes the self psychology and the experience of the body.Teacher's identity is the inner power of teachers,it can make teachers from inner perception value and significance of the work,and be able to find fun,it has to do with teacher professional development,job satisfaction is closely related.For two continuous research,this paper first for the qualitative research,mainly through case studies reveal the identity of P.E.teachers process,and find the individual factors of primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity differences.The second for the quantitative research to analyze the individual factors affecting primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity.Study one,Research a two identities were selected the excellent primary school physical education teachers,in-depth interviews,supplemented by the scene look at class,collect the two teachers model lesson video and other means,to the two teachers daily situations,omni-directional sense its identity.Results show that the formation of the P.E.teachers' identity construction is a dynamic process,the formation of the primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity in addition to the interaction with the outside world,also is associated with each of the teachers' personality traits.At different stages of teachers have different identity,the main cause of fluctuations in identity have key events,such as promotion,award-winning students,praise and recognition,etc.,are likely to increase teachers' identity;On the contrary,teachers' identity people identity crisis have not been outside approval,self value is not reflected,as well as the social status,salary,interpersonal relations and so on external factors.Study two,Research individual factors for primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity,to further interview of eight primary and secondary school physical education teachers,through the interview recording coding,primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity which affect the individual factors,supplemented by predecessors' existing related research developed a set of in line with the structured questionnaire surveying method.P.E.teachers' identity questionnaire to six aspects of individual factors as independent variables,the primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity as a dependent variable,through the questionnaire investigation on 309 primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the investigation,application of multivariate hierarchical regression analysis method to analyze the results of the survey.The results showed that in the influence factors of six aspects,the impact on the primary and secondary school physical education teachers identity from big to small in turn for personal achievement,individual sports values,personal professional attitudes and personal sports interest,individual practical knowledge and individual sports.
