research on the intervention of the group of the elderly in the X community in Guangzhou province is studied.Cerebral degeneration is also known as Alzheimer's disease,Although at home and abroad in the Alzheimer's cause of the exploration,the status quo research and prevention measures and other aspects of effective,in view of its theoretical research mostly focus on medical science of natural science research,in the practical level of the lack of humanities and social sciences verification.Especially in the prevention and treatment of brain degeneration,most of the use of drug treatment to control the further development of the disease,Because the drug treatment to the human body to bring their own side effects and allow researchers to control the eyes of the disease to the psychological and social aspects of patients.Group work is based on the object of the body and mind of the whole body of the service point of view to intervene,In this paper,the following questions on the evaluation of the elderly patients with brain degeneration treatment intervention study:1,whether the intervention of the group is effective for the elderly with brain degeneration;2,the impact of different types of group treatment model on the elderly who suffer from brain degeneration after the intervention;3,in the professional development perspective,to explore the work of the group on brain disruption of the effectiveness of the intervention and to be promoted.The author of the Zhengyang social work service center in Guangzhou for a period of three months internship,the author implemented three groups with different emphasis on the treatment of brain degeneration of the elderly.First,according to the Simple Mental Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)to screen out the 10 elderly people who met the study,And then through the cognitive brain degradation group,accept the brain degeneration group and the prevention of brain degeneration group to intervene.In the evaluation of the results of the group work intervention,quantitative research is based on the analysis of the end of each group at the end of the data,While qualitative research includes observing the mental state of the clients,the performance of the group process,and the results of the interviews.The effect of the three groups was judged by the three scores of the scores of the MMSE scale and the scores of the scores,memory,attention,memory and language ability of the scale.The results of the study showed that:1,after the cognitive brain degradation group,the total score of each group members have changed,10 team members of the project scores,are changed is the average memory increased by 0.6 points,the average score increased by 0.6 points,other directional and language skills and other projects did not change significantly;2,in the cognitive brain degradation group on the basis of intervention,to keep the group members of the memory and attention unchanged,most of the members of the directional and language ability to change significantly,the value of each were 0.7 points;3,in the prevention of brain degradation group,the previous two post-test data as the group's pre-test samples,found at this stage all members of the MMSE scores,the overall trend of rising,and most of the members the orientation,memory,attention,and language skills remain essentially unchanged.Only the average memory of the team increased by 0.9 points,the most obvious change.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:1.In the case of a whole,a series of group work interventions are effective for the treatment of brain degeneration in the elderly,especially in improving the awareness,awareness and prevention of clients obvious effect;2,the elderly treatment of brain degradation in the cognitive intervention group,the group members of the memory and attention has a clear trend of improvement,indicating that in this group,the group members of the cognitive situation has improved;3,the elderly patients with brain degeneration treatment intervention group,the team's orientation and language skills in the gradual increase,indicating that the group intervention to help the object of the spirit of the improvement of the situation;4,the elderly treatment of brain degradation in the prevention of intervention group,team members recall and strengthen the brain exercises and other behavior will help improve the behavior of clients.
