China is a country which has a high level of aging degree,and with this trend continues to intensify,it has aroused great concern of the whole society.Shanghai,as the city with a high level of economic development and urbanization,,faces more severe challenges in aging problem,especially in the central urban area of Jing'an District where the phenomenon of "aging,the aged aging and the empty-nest" has appeared.As a result,the university for the elderly in Jing'an District carried out a series of practice of life education which aims to improve their life quality.The study shows that the practice can effectively improve the life quality of the elderly people as well as the quality of spiritual life and social life quality.In addition,it can also enhance their life perception.This paper is mainly based on questionnaire survey and interview method.Combined with other research methods,it tries to make a comprehensive analysis on the effect of the practice of life education on the old people's physical quality of life,the spirit of quality of life and social life as well as their life perception.This article is mainly organized by the observation of the practice of life education in Jing'an District University for the elderly,the interpretation of the value and significance of improving the quality of life,quality of life concerns to focus the theme.The article is divided into seven chapters,the main contents are as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the origin,significance,definition and current situation of the research.This research not only originates from the rapid arrival of an aging society,more attention paid to the demands of the elderly,the practice of "three concepts" as well as the popularity of the concept of "returning and entering",but also comes from the investigation and analysis of the practice of life education in Jing'an District University for the third age.This chapter lays the foundation of this study.The second chapter mainly discusses the content and design of this research.By elaborating the target and method,the article tries to grasp the context and ways to achieve.By describing the program and its design,the article tries to refine the specific research path.This chapter identifies the path of this study and "escorts" the research process to ensure that it does not deviate from the established direction.Chapter 3 to Chapter 5 is the analysis of the effectiveness of the practice of life education,including life education which improves the quality of material life,spiritual quality of life and social quality of life.After the analysis and the interpretation of the questionnaire results and interview data,the article ultimately points out that life education practice does improve the quality of life of the elderly.These three chapters are the main body of this study.The sixth chapter deals with the practice of life education which enhances the content of life perception.The interpretation of the questionnaire result and interview data also shows that the practice of life education in the university for the elderly in Jing'an District plays an important role in enhancing the elderly students' life perception.This chapter is also one of the focuses of this study,for is not only a display of the students' mood,but also a manifestation of the effectiveness of the practice of life education.In other words,by analyzing the feedback of students,the study tries to understand their most realistic view of life and the most real change which furthers to clarify the relationship between the practice of life education and the improvement of students' quality of life.The seventh chapter is the summary and reflection of the whole research process,including the review and prospect of the practice of life education in Jing'an district as well as the reflection of the whole process.In conclusion,this study aims to highlight the significance of the practice of life education in improving the quality of life through the elaboration of the above seven chapters,so as to attract more attention to the elderly community,more attention to the practice of life education as well as the quality of life and its upgrading process.
