As the backbone of the construction of the motherland,the middle school students have an important responsibility for the construction of the country.Strength quality is the basic quality of the human body to do all kinds of sports,at the same time,it is also the support of the movement.The research shows that the solid ball is the dominant project,so the influence of power quality on the solid ball is more obvious.In primary and secondary schools,in order to promote the better development of physical quality,the analysis of the current situation of the quality of power and how to develop more reasonable.Good strength quality can avoid the occurrence of sports injury,and can make the movement technology more stable.This paper is to study the selected track and field teaching means the development of students' strength quality by using the method of literature,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of these research methods,to improve the quality of power to drive the ball to improve the performance,the physical quality index measured by experiments before and after analysis concluded:After the experiment,the comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group of students through the track and field teaching means to the development of the power quality,the muscles of the body circumference and solid ball score compared with before have a very significant difference.It can be seen from the data that the track and field teaching method has a significant influence on the students' strength quality and students' solid ball scores.In the experimental group and the control group after the solid ball scores were paired sample T test,the results showed that there was significant difference(P<0.05),so after the experiment,the students in the experimental group improved significantly.Through the study of this paper,we come to the conclusion:the use of the track and field teaching methods for teaching,so that students' strength quality has been improved,and further improve the students' solid ball score.Through the analysis of the data can see the impact of screening of track and field teaching methods on students' strength quality and remarkable achievements,teachers can use science in the teaching of the track and field teaching methods for teaching,it can better develop the physical quality of the students,improve athletic performance.At the same time,teachers should be aware of the strength of the quality of the project is to ensure the quality of the power quality can also effectively avoid the occurrence of a lot of sports injuries,junior high school students can not ignore the power quality.
