A Study On The Negative Influence And Elimination Strategy Of The Senior Grade Informal Group On The Class Collective Construction

With the development of society and the rapid development of science and technology,people's material life has been greatly satisfied,and at the same time they are pursuing the prosperity of spiritual life.Many rural parents have sent their children to schools in cities and towns.In order to obtain better educational resources,the number of students in each class of the schools in cities and towns has increased sharply,which has aggravated the difficulty of the class management of the class teachers.To a certain extent,the independent management of students can be realized through the class collective construction and help the head teacher to lighten the management burden.But in the course of the class collective construction,the informal group of students may become the obstacle of the formation of the good class group,especially in the senior grade of the primary school They are now in the stage of puberty initiation,and most of them are only children,so it is easy for them to get together.A little neglect will not only affect the process of class collective building,but also it is necessary to study the negative influence of informal groups in the senior grade of primary school on the class collective construction.Firstly,this paper divides the way of class collective construction into five dimensions according to the domestic and foreign literature review and the existing theoretical research.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the influence of the informal group of 600 senior primary school students on the class collective construction in Yangquan of Shanxi Province.Find out the main negative influence of informal group in senior grade of primary school on class collective construction.At the same time,use SPSS13.0 to analyze variance and check whether different individual characteristics of primary school senior students have influence on class collective construction.Through interviews with class teachers and students in the upper grades of primary schools,After sorting out the results of the analysis and find out the cause of the main negative influence of high-grade informal group on class construction.At last,the paper puts forward the corresponding digestion strategy from the common goal angle,organization core angle,regulation angle,collective activity angle and shift wind angle of the class construction.
