Classroom observation is based on western constructivism,Bandura observation theory and effective teaching theory.It is a teaching research method which has entered the high school teaching field for teachers' teaching behavior and student behavior observation and diagnosis in teaching practice.However,due to the differences between the disciplines of science and humanities,the differences in subject practice and the special characteristics of classroom observation methods,classroom observation in the field of teaching disciplines unbalanced development,obviously the emphasis on the development of science disciplines.Therefore,the research of humanities,especially the language disciplines is slightly inadequate in the classroom observation theory,moreover,the practice also fell into a certain predicament.In addition,the research methods of classroom observation is also immature.Besides,it is also subject to the particularity of the curriculum of the Chinese language curriculum,the insufficiency of teachers 'teaching and research ability,the difference of students' learning degree and habit as well as the lack of corresponding system guarantee aspect.In this paper,the author takes the education and probation base as the focus,and the high school teachers in some cities and counties in Xinxiang City are the research objects.The literature analysis method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method and the statistical analysis method are used for the research of teacher questionnaire and the teacher interview in order to study the existing problems,then it will provide the corresponding strategies to solve problems.This paper consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of this study,research status,research object and scope,research ideas and methods and the innovation of this article.The first chapter begins from the second part,which mainly describes the relevant concepts of this article,the theoretical basis of this paper and practical significance.As the second chapter,the third part mainly describes the analysis of investigation about this article,the results of the survey,the attribution of existence of predicament.The third chapter mainly discusses the analysis of optimization strategy on the classroom observation in high school.Combining a classroom observation case collected during my internship in a high school,The fourth chapter focus on the specific analysis of this case.This paper is devoted to the study of the use of classroom observation in high school teaching situation.Meanwhile,it makes an analysis and systematic observation for the use of classroom observation during the development of high school Chinese teachers.With the methods of questionnaire survey,interviews and case study for high school Chinese teachers,I hope that it will figure out the the status quo classroom observation and the existed problems,then put forward the corresponding strategies for them.In this way,I hope it can benefit the high school Chinese teachers.
