College Sports Professional Characteristic Talents Cultivation Model In National Regions Case Studies

This paper takes the personnel training of Yanbian University as an example to analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Combining its characteristics,characteristics of social needs and characteristics of students,this paper constructs the training mode of talents training in Yanbian University,and improves the quality of personnel training.College to provide theoretical basis for other ethnic areas of college sports to provide reference and reference.Through the questionnaire survey and interview method,we understand that the types of sports professionals needed in the current society are general type,and take the professional and technical ability and innovation ability of sports.Using the literature and case study method,the Yanbian University School of Physical Education training objectives and orientation and under the curriculum,teachers,teaching resources and other analysis found that Yanbian University Sports College training objectives to comply with people-oriented education Concept,and attention to quality education and development of application capacity,while employment-oriented.Physical education specialty is to focus on"generalist" education curriculum model,attach importance to education and teaching courses,and the proportion of the larger,in a certain education and teaching methods at the same time emphasize the professional and special educationd Sports training is the students in the master of the main theoretical knowledge,combined with the selection of special training for more systematic practice teaching.Positioning of the training objectives and curriculum to adapt to the basic,but the problems are more prominent,such as the two professional enrollment program is different and minority areas of the policy so that low scores of students,the curriculum similarity is high,there is no individual teaching.Second,the teacher team graduates less school,especially under the age of 35 teachers"inbreeding" phenomenon is serious.Again,the teaching resources to a large extent limit the development of the college,such as the shortage of funds,lack of stadium construction,no human science laboratory and professional fitness hall,which sports research and high level sports team development and its disadvantage.Using SWOT analysis,summed up the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,put forward four development strategies for the future development of the Institute for reference.It is found that the talent cultivated by Yanbian University Sports College lacks the core competitiveness.In order to change the present situation,it is proposed to construct the characteristic talent training mode,take the characteristics of social demand as the guide,take the characteristics of the college as the foundation,take the student characteristics as the core,And closely coordinate these three important factors to reposition the training objectives,improve the curriculum structure,set the monitoring indicators,from the teacher teaching,student learning and curriculum quality three strict supervision of the teaching process.To provide theoretical reference for the reform of personnel training in Yanbian University,and to provide reference for other ethnic areas so that this article can inspire the reform and development of personnel training in ethnic areas.
